Ingredients
1 (15oz) can creamed corn
1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
5 tablespoons sugar
1
tablespoon baking powder
1/4
teaspoon salt
2
tablespoons oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 9 X 13 pan.
2. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake 35-40 min or until knife inserted in middle of pan comes out
clean.
